I’ve seen at least four different posts on Reddit whether or not they should terminate their investment-linked policies. Be aware of the fees – both upfront and ongoing – of ILPs, and whether or not you can do better outside of the ILPs. Also, the sunk cost fallacy can be a psychological barrier in doing something that would be more beneficial in the long run.
